Our Missions:

At FPC Washingtonville, we proudly support many missions. Click on each mission below to find out more:

On April 22, 2018, Habitat for Humanity of Newburgh held its annual event to raise money for building affordable housing in Newburgh for low-income families.
Pastor Martha, Lois Dunikowski and Nancy Popoloski participated as the "Soul Sisters" for PresbyBuild's support of this effort. Sponsorships for their walk added up to an $805.00 donation to this worthy cause.

In 2015 LouAnne Blanchard and Lois Dunikowski planted the seed for this community mission project to feed children in need in the Washingtonville Central School District. Today our church is the storage and packing location for the food. Working closely with area churches and other organizations, we provide backpacks of food for children at Taft and Little Britain Elementary Schools who qualify and opt into the program during the school year.
We are excited to be a part of this community-wide mission.  Anyone from the community can volunteer of their time, talents and treasure to this mission.
Please let us know if you would like to get involved by calling the church office or leaving a message on the FOOD FOR KIDS website: FoodforKidsWVL.org

A free summer lunch program has been developed as an extension of the Food for Kids weekend food program during the school year. This summer there were over 5,000 bag lunches to-go served.
